Ramona Emergency Assistance League (REAL)

The Ramona Emergency Assistance League is a non-profit organization committed to providing disaster and emergency training and services for the Ramona, CA community.

The last major fire in the Ramona area was the Witch Fire in 2007. There is now 15+ years of fuel growth in the affected areas. Take a moment and plan for fire emergencies before Santa Ana season starts in September. For more information, a good resource is ReadySanDiego

Monsoon awareness week is Jun 12-18, 2022. The National Weather Service has put together a good description of the summer monsoon season weather for San Diego. It is well done and worth a look.
